A home with its own signature.
Fine wall panelling, clever storage solutions and warm, indirect light. In this apartment we combine function and aesthetics into a harmonious whole. Individually designed, with attention to detail.

Apartment building
A new building with eight apartments in a quiet location near the station. The building permit is being prepared, and construction is planned to start in 2027. We support the project as owner’s representative, keep costs and schedules in view and keep investors regularly informed.

Complete conversion of an apartment
An apartment is stripped back to the shell and completely rethought: with new layouts, new building services, new floors and high-quality finishes. We plan the core refurbishment together with the owners, coordinate specialist planners and tradespeople and accompany the conversion through to acceptance.
